Granola is easy to make, and you can customize it to your preferred perfection! For this recipe, all you need is one bowl and common pantry ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl combine the oats, pecans, walnuts, almonds, pepitas, sea salt, cinnamon, and ground clove. Stir to consistency.
Pour in olive oil, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla. Mix all of the ingredients together until the oats and nuts are evenly coated. Pour the granola onto the lined baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
Bake the granola for 20-22 minutes, the granola will be lightly golden brown when you remove it from the oven.
Allow the granola to cool completely, undisturbed. Store the granola at room temperature in a storage container for up to 2 weeks.
