The traditional method involves making a crust from scratch, or using a shortcut—it’s much easier and less time consuming—to get the same result! I call this recipe Cheater Peach Cobbler—yum!
Preheat oven to 350F. Slice the peaches and place into a mixing bowl. Add in the brown sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Stir to coat the peaches. Pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe 9×13 baking dish. Evenly coat the top with the white cake mix. Spread the sliced butter chunks on top of the cake mix. Optional – add the pecans on top here.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
