Homemade Canned Ketchup

onion powder

ground clove

ground allspice

black pepper
Instructions
Combine the tomato paste and water in a large stock pot over medium heat. Whisk until smooth.
Add in the rest of the ingredients, stir to combine, and bring to a simmer for 30-40 minutes.
Taste the ketchup and adjust flavor to liking. If too thick, add in more water.
If you are canning, prepare your canner, add the ketchup into prepared jars, and process for 15 minutes in a boiling water bath.
